I'm taking Wegovy for weight management and it has been almost 2 months now. During the day I find myself thinking about food less, but at night I still have the urge to keep eating or have a sweet treat. I'm trying to give myself grace while also trying to hit my goals. Any recommendations for avoiding those late night cravings?

This is super normal and you shouldn’t feel bad about it. I think nighttime food noise is a lot more common than we think and the feelings of shame or embarrassment can make it so much worse!

You can still snack, just make it in line with your goals. Sometimes I will take a protein bar and cut it up into small pieces and I feel like I’m having a candy bar honestly. Or, snack on some pistachios or popcorn. Your body might just be hungry at the end of the day because maybe you’re not eating enough.
