I had successful weight loss on Ozempic but no one prepared me for coming off. I felt moody, foggy, anxious and the hunger and subsequent weight came back quick. There is part of me that wants to start again but another part of me that’s scared if I go back I’ll have to stay on forever. Looking for any advice.

Totally get it. Have a friend who simplY couldn’t handle it. I have read that some people may actually be “allergic” to GLP-1 medication.
