Hey everyone, my dad is almost 60 and has been using Wegovy for weight loss. He’s had some good progress so far, but he’s starting to get a bit sick of the usual high-protein options like protein powder and protein bars. He’s looking for new ideas that’ll keep him on track but not feel like he’s eating the same things all the time.
Anyone have creative or delicious high-protein meal ideas that aren’t powder or bars? He’s open to anything from snacks to meals! Thanks for any suggestions you’ve got!
