I’d imagine for many of us taking GLP-1 meds for weight loss, food used to be a major source of joy in our lives. For me, it’s always been a security blanket, and without the intense hunger and food noise I’m feeling kind of…bored, unsatisfied. I’ve been loving my new morning walks and playing Rummicub online but just not finding that same level of satisfaction I used to get from a giant plate of nachos and margaritas. Any ideas?

I’ve taken up running! I can’t even believe it because I’ve always hated running. Started with one mile - half run/half walk - and now I’m up to 3 miles a couple times a week. I look forward to the challenge and finally understand this whole “runner’s high” thing. But doing something I never thought I could do is super joyous for me!

I've fallen in love with HEALTHY snacks - carrot sticks and peanut butter or skinny Pop. Basically I still love snacking so finding hyper fixation snacks that get me excited has been key.
