Help

Hi, in desperate need of help. I am losing coverage for Zepbound with my insurance. I only have 2 injections left. I am wondering where everyone is having success getting their tirzepitide at a reputable clinic/ telehealth for a decent price. I cannot afford $400+\ month. I thank you in advance for any help. ☺️

15mg is simply too much for me.

I'm not sure why but I was really excited to finally get up to the max Tirz dose - 15mg - and WOW - it was like a complete 180 from the incredible experience I'd been having. I obviously understand that higher doses can lead to increased side effects, but as a former "super responder" now I understand what others who struggle with this medication experience. Instant fatigue, crippling headache, intense nausea no matter what I eat. Going to taper back down immediately to 12.5mg and wondering if that should be my maintenance dose moving forward.

What's bringing us JOY?!??

I’d imagine for many of us taking GLP-1 meds for weight loss, food used to be a major source of joy in our lives. For me, it’s always been a security blanket, and without the intense hunger and food noise I’m feeling kind of…bored, unsatisfied. I’ve been loving my new morning walks and playing Rummicub online but just not finding that same level of satisfaction I used to get from a giant plate of nachos and margaritas. Any ideas?

Compound vs. Name Brand Tirz

I was losing 7-8 pounds a month on Mounjaro and had to switch to compound tirz (due to cost) and now I'm losing around 3 pounds a month. I'm getting my compound from Willow Pharmacy, which I think is kind of popular. Is it just me or is the compound tirz not as effective as name brand?

Let's talk about Serena!

I’m wondering if the reaction to her announcement would have been the same if she opened up about needing GLP-1 medication to assist her weight loss IF she didn’t do it conjunction with Ro.co. Her message was great but I think the brand partnership muddies the waters. What do you think?

Mixing Tirzepatide with other peptides

Hi community! I had been taking BPC-157 and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) 3x per week to help with cartilage in my ankle as I have a severe ankle injury I am trying to treat without having surgery. I stopped taking these peptides when I started Tirzepatide a few months ago because I was nervous about "mixing medications." There is not enough information out there on this subject, so was wondering if anyone in this community could help! I truly appreciate it! Thank you!!!!

Tirz on Vacay!

I’m going on vacation and tirzepatide really takes all the fun out of eating for me. I’m debating stopping the week before but I’ve read that getting back to my dose can be challenging! Any help on this would be great bc I don’t want to ruin the success I’ve had but I’d love a couple daiquiris lol

Where can we safely find tirz now that there's a crackdown?

Hi! Just as I was about to try it, tirz seems to have left the sites. Where can we find microcode tirz or zepbound now?

Day 3 Microdosing Oral Tirz

So I started Tirz for perimenopause. I know it's only Day 3 so it's not lost on my the psychosomatic probability of my assessment BUT - it's been 3 days of 3mg Oral Tirz and I'm bloated beyond belief. Is that normal for so early in this journey and at such a low dose????

Tirz and Drinking

I decided to start microdosing 3mg of oral compounded Tirz for perimenopause. It just arrived in the mail and I have a few events tonight so I’ll prob be drinking more than usual. Should I wait to start the meds until tomorrow? Am I supposed to take them in the morning anyways?

About to Start Microdosing!! - Any Advice?

I am a 41F, 5'6" and 130 lbs. I do not need to lose weight BUT as soon as the clock struck 40 the fatigue and lower back pain followed. I am going to start microdosing compound Tirz at 2mg because I am curious about the longevity/anti-inflammation benefits of these medications. Has anyone had success microdosing for perimenopause? And if so, at what dose?

Are compounds going away?

I've been getting my Tirzepatide from Hims + Hers and the FDA news about the compound pharmacies having to stop selling these drugs has me freaking out! I'm taking the medication for weight loss and opted for a compound because insurance would cover my medication. What are your thoughts on how we are going to get compounds moving forward if we can't afford the name brand drugs?!

Switching from Zepbound to Compound

My insurance will no longer cover my Zepbound so I signed up with Ro to get the compound Tirz. Would love if anyone could share their experience switching from the brand name to the compound and if the compound meds had the same effect! Thanks!
