I have the Dr. appointment to finally get Wegovy tomorrow and I’m really excited because even though I go to the gym 5 days a week I can’t shed the last 20 lbs. BUT - I have always been terrified of vomiting and the anxiety of going on medication that may make me sick is overwhelming. I might be over-thinking it but I’m wondering if anyone who has experienced vomiting and/or nausea has any tips to combat or specific foods to avoid?! Thanks!

Totally get that — I’ve heard from a bunch of people with the same fear going in. A friend of mine was super nervous too, but she started slow, stuck to bland foods (think toast, rice, bananas), and avoided greasy or super rich meals. She also swears by ginger tea and staying really hydrated.
