BIG NEWS yesterday about the efficacy of the "Wegovy Pill." The CNBC article detailed how late-stage trial results for Novo's once-daily obesity pill showed “significant” weight reduction and tolerability in line with its blockbuster Wegovy injection. Since there are currently no-FDA approved oral GLP-1 medications on the market, how hopeful are we that the injectable nature of these medications may be a thing of the past?!!??!

Cautiously optimistic! I’m so confused why it had to be injectable first if they can make it oral and as effective? Probably why I’m not a Pharma scientist haha

LOL - now that we're all used to the injections the pills are coming. The real question is this - does the oral medication also have to be refrigerated????
