I’m going on vacation and tirzepatide really takes all the fun out of eating for me. I’m debating stopping the week before but I’ve read that getting back to my dose can be challenging! Any help on this would be great bc I don’t want to ruin the success I’ve had but I’d love a couple daiquiris lol

My dad is on Wegovy and keeps taking it when we go on vacation. He doesn't drink as much but he's still able to enjoy a few drinks while on vacay. Hopefully you can find a balance but I don't think there's any right answer!

For me, I take mine wkth me and don't change it up. I truly like making it a part of my lifestyle. However, if the guidence on the meds say you can be a few days within the dose date and be okay.

I went on a cruise for a week and didn't take my dose before going and I was wayyyy hungrier than usual and ate more than I normally would. Maybe try a lower dose before vacation instead of none at all.
